My Fairytale! Ending!

Poem by Marc Aupiais

I look at you, hardly sad,
Affected, not affected!
You live your life,
Breaking mine!

As I struggle,
I break!
I am the wall keeping me in!
My mind is a prison!
Holding me in!

As I leave this world,
I am with you!
But the fall back to graveyard earth,
Hits me like a broken shovel!

As I conjure a thousands millions magic spells!
Illiterate in your broken world!

Punished, scapegoat for others' sins!
In a world that doesn't judge them.
Though it condemns me, in my sickness,
Misery!

Vindictive for judging!
I fall again! I fall! Again!

Closer than ever,
Reality again!

It's a shame! A real shame!
I say!

As colours re-emerge!
Life goes on,
My life!
In this desert winds,
Fiery earths!

A broken soul,
Walks a broken world!
